Social Emotional Awareness (SEA)

Social Emotional Awareness (SEA) is the name that CES has chosen to give to the class that would previously have been referred to as Guidance. SEA is part of the AMP rotation, which means that all CES students receive SEA approximately once every other week for forty-five minutes. SEA is the main Tier I behavior and social/emotional intervention for students at CES. SEA lessons are developed and delivered by school counselor Brittani Waldrip.

This year, CES also has the Second Step curriculum available as a resource.
