Literacy at Home Resources

The North Carolina Department of Public Instruction Office of Early Learning has released new online resources to support young readers in North Carolina, “Literacy at Home.” Developed by NC DPI, this digital platform is designed to support the continued growth of North Carolina’s youngest readers. The site is home to easily accessible resources in the foundational areas of reading supported by the science of reading. Developed for each grade level, pre-kindergarten through fifth grade, resources are available to support phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, comprehension, and oral language.
