CES Music Mission Statement:
The mission of Ms. Norton's music class is to develop and foster a lifelong love of music through singing, reading, playing instruments, moving, listening, analyzing and composing, to promote imagination, creativity and joy!
Through these experiences, we will develop good musicianship skills that support skills in other subjects such as math, reading, science and social studies, and gain a positive appreciation and understanding of music in accordance with the NC Essential Standards and National Standards for music.
